Could Be Worse, Could Be Raining

Maybe rather than looking at what I don't have, I should focus on what I do have.

I have my health, good friends and a well contructed blanket fort to protect me from the monsters that occasionally amble down the road of life.

I'm not usually an optimist but this whole "look at the bright side" deal would do me good.

  1. You just had to say "Could Be Raining" didn't you? :P You know I messing with you (yes it's raining here)

See that's a good start you do have those things going for you.

  2. That's definitely a good attitude to cultivate, JP.

  3. I'd say your glass is definitely more than half full. The greatest wealth and asset you can have is good health, and too many people abuse that gift by not protecting it (too much food, booze, drugs, cigarettes, no exercise etc). Serious or chronic illness quickly takes the joy out of life, and wealth and possessions become meaningless. The richest old billionaires in the world would trade every cent for your young healthy body. When I wake up in the morning feeling good, and the sun is shining and the birds singing, that is wealth beyond measure. bfn - Wayne :)
